(Posted June 30, 2025) The first application period for the Summer 2025 Textbook and Course Materials Subsidy has ended and the application is now closed. Applications will be processed as quickly as possible and applicants will be notified via email within three weeks of the date of application.

The Summer 2025 Textbook and Course Materials Subsidy application will be activated again at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025 (week 6).

The summer applications close when funds are exhausted or Friday of each of these weeks at 4:30 p.m., whichever comes first.

Students may receive only one Textbook and Course Materials Subsidy per academic quarter.
