(Posted January 7, 2025) All Textbook and Course Materials Subsidy funds for winter term 2025 have been exhausted and the application is now closed. Applications will be processed as quickly as possible and applicants will be notified via email within three weeks of the date of application.

This funding is offered on a first-come, first-served basis starting on the first day of each academic term. The application remains open until funds are exhausted or for the first three weeks of each academic term, whichever comes first.
