(Posted December 19, 2024) The Basic Needs Program will have limited services during winter break, through January 5, 2025.
- Basic Needs staff will be available intermittently.
- Students can submit a Basic Needs Assistance Form or email but may not receive a response until the first week of winter term.
- Remote meetings are available as staff schedules allow.
- The physical Office of the Dean of Students is closed and in-person appointments are not available.
- The Student Food Pantry and all other major campus-based food programming is closed (see recent post for alternatives).
- Childcare Subsidy claims submitted by December 24 will be reimbursed by January 8.
- Other requests for funds may not receive a response until the first week of winter term.
- All services will resume as usual in Monday, January 6.
- The Textbook and Course Materials Subsidy application will open on Monday, January 6, by 10:00 a.m.
